TamilCulture was an idea conceived back in early 2011 as co-founders Shiv, Maat & Ara sat in a coffee shop with a vision of creating an online space to celebrate the succeesses of the global Tamil community. Back then, too often, we saw a negative portrayal of the Tamil community in the media, and we wanted to help change that perception. Over the years, we’ve had the opportunity to interview and feature a number of prominent global Tamil citizens including Arjun, Kali Arulpragasam , Ratheesan Yoganathan and Siva Kaneswaran, to name a few. Additionally, we’ve been able to connect with some up-and-coming influentials in various industries including hair stylists, photographers, YouTubers and entrepreneurs as they make their mark in their own unique way.
TamilCulture is now a forum that openly addresses the lifestyle of the current generation of Tamil men and women, by briding the divide between their dual cultural influences through our targeted, entertaining and thought provoking conent.
