Born in Kilinochchi, Suba moved to Bern, Switzerland, when she was two. She holds a Masters degree in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva and an Honours degree in International Studies and Modern Languages from the University of Ottawa. She has travelled extensively across all the continents. In particular, she has worked and overseen development projects in Africa, Asia, South America and Eastern Europe. Suba speaks fluent Tamil, German, English, French and Spanish. She is a highly enthusiastic and curious individual who is committed to the discovery of new cultures and is incredibly passionate about dancing.
