Ever have a major craving for mutton rolls, where you ring up your parents or rush to a Tamil food joint to get your hands on some, only to bite into an endless mash of potatoes? Immediate reaction: “WTF?! Where’s the mutton in my mutton rolls?”

After some discussion with a few rolls loving, meat loving people on our team, we think we’ve come up with the perfect meat-to-potato ratio. Food store owners: please pay attention and stop trying to pass potatoes for mutton. Customers can taste the difference. Lately, we’ve seen a troubling trend of 25% meat and 75% potato. Not cool.
